In just about a month, the Pre-ANA show in Westchester, NY and the ANA Convention (a few days later) in New York City will show the importance of error coins and the current strength of this Bull market. Along with these 2 shows, there are THREE major numismatic auctions taking place, Bowers & Merena, Heritage, and Superior Auction companies, all of which have a large number of errors listed in their catalogs.

The combination of these 2 major show events, along with 3 major error coin auctions will be a barometer which will indicate the direction of the error coin market. This barometer will tell us the condition of this current market for retail sales, new auction prices, collector interest, dealer interest, the amount of new error material coming into the market and the general numismatic interest in error coinage.

We're expecting great things from all these events and will bring you a detailed article next month after the ANA convention has concluded.
