What's HOT and What's NOT!!

This market is super Hot!! Especially the Type Error coin market, this is because of the lack of newer material, especially since State Quarter errors are NOT coming out.

Just about anything of high grade and eye appealing is selling for record prices.
Some examples: (CERTIFIED PCGS, NGC & ANACS)

In general any Indian cent or Buffalo nickel error is hard to keep in stock if it has the eye appeal & high grade that so many collectors are looking for! Most any eye appealing Type coin error is trading hands at record setting prices.

Off Metals: (Average)
Nickels on Cents $175., a 1957 (Full Rim) sold for $600+
Quarters on Nickel Planchets $150., a 1956 example sold for $650.
Cent on Dime planchets up to $250-350, Silver (pre1965) examples $1,200-1,600 depending on grade. Early examples $2-3k & UP!!
A PROOF Cent on a Dime planchet $7,500.
Quarters on Cents $750-900. , Earlier example $1,500 & UP
A Proof Kennedy ½ dollar on a quarter planchet $9,500.
Off Metals are very hot, expect double denominations to take OFF!! We predict the $800-1k range soon.
Type coin Off Metals are EVEN HOTTER!! If that's possible..
Franklin of Quarter planchets $1,250-1,500. Soon to go even higher (Earlier dates of a series cost more!)
Franklin on Nickel planchet $3,500-4k
Franklin on Cent planchet $5,000-7,000 (I know that's a wide margin, but these are rare!)
Liberty & Buffalo Nickels on cent planchets $3,000 (Lower Circs), $4,500-$5k (AU's), $6k for uncs.
Ike Dollar Off Metals are "raising the roof."
JUST Name the Off Metal, especially if it's a TYPE Coin and hesitate, you will surely pay More the 2nd try..

What's NOT Hot!!
Double dies are sluggish
Rpm's and smaller errors are very slow..

What's warming UP??
Common Off Center cents 10%-60% are gaining in prices as less & less are becoming available.
Caps, Reverse Caps, Counterbrockages, Multiple strikes, Foldovers, 100% unplated 1c, Blank Planchets ( 25c, 50c & $1.)
